In this role, she helps individuals deepen self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healing through accessible, community-based support. In addition to her professional work, Jen brings a deeply personal connection to recovery. As a loved one of a young man who has achieved long-term sobriety and gone on to become a successful executive and grounded human being, she has witnessed firsthand that recovery is not just about overcoming addiction—but about transformation. She believes many individuals thrive not despite recovery, but because of it. Jen is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate addiction, trauma, and healing. Her approach emphasizes connection, accountability, and whole-person care, supporting meaningful and sustainable change. Through her leadership at Sober Minds Recovery Residence, Jen is committed to expanding access to high-quality addiction treatment in Jupiter, Florida and beyond, while helping reshape the narrative around recovery into one of strength, dignity, and possibility.
